Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cracks and tears in a thin film and to smoothly supply to the next process such as cutting process by holding a belt-shaped thin lithium film supplied onto an endless belt of a facing rotating belt mechanism between fingers of a transfer mechanism, and by hanging a roller mechanism to which the thin film is wound with a hanging mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A rotating belt mechanism 7 is installed above a table 1 of a feeder for a belt-shaped thin lithium film 36 at a desired distance in parallel, and an endless belt 6 which goes and comes back in the direction of the length of the mechanism 7 is installed. A base plate 9 of a transfer mechanism 8 is arranged in connection with the mechanism 7 to smoothly rotate the belt 6, and the thin film 36, which is placed on the belt 6 and held between air fingers 10a, 10b, is transferred by the length equivalent to the stroke of the base plate 9. The holding of the thin film 36 is released with a base plate driving air cylinder 13. A feeding mechanism 17 to which the thin film is wound is arranged adjacent to one above end of the mechanism 7, and the mechanism 17 is hung by the dead load of a weight 35 of a hanging mechanism 23.
