COLORATION OF SLIDE FASTENER

PURPOSE: To finish a slide fastener in specified two colors beautifully and clearly by dyeing and finishing a slide fastener chain fitted with a colored fastener element to an uncolored fastener tape by a colored sewing thread. CONSTITUTION: In the tape manufacturing process 1, a fastener tape 7 in the uncolored texture state is manufactured. In the manufacturing process 2 of the fastener element 8, sewing thread 11, and core cord 10 of an element section, the colored fastener element 8 is molded into a zigzag shape and the colored sewing thread 11 and colored core cord 10 are manufactured from the raw material obtained in the raw material coloring process 3 that synthetic resin chips and a pigment are mixed and fused to form a colored fused synthetic resin. In the slide fastener chain manufacturing process 4, the fastener element 8 and core cord 10 are arranged on one side edge of the uncolored fastener tape 7, they are stuck by the sewing thread 11, the right and left fastener stringers thus obtained are meshed with each other to finish a slide fastener chain. In the dyeing process 5, the fastener tape 7 is dyed with a dye different in color from the fastener element 8 or 9.
