Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make a zero check instantaneously by a simple means which only closes an air sampling port by cleaning and circulating part of collected air from the exhaust port side of an air flow cell part to the air sampling port side. CONSTITUTION:The air flow cell part 8 consists of a light projection part air slit 10 and a light convergence part air slit 11. A cap 51 which can be opened and closed is provided to the air sampling port of this cell part 8, a separation pipe 35 is provided on the exhaust port side, and a filter 36 and a circulation fan 37 are provided thereto. Then when the zero check is made, the air sampling port 2 is closed with the cap 51 and then part of the sampled air to be discharged flows in the light projection part 20 and light convergence part 21 of the cell part 8 through the filter 36, fan 37, and a duct 38 to fill the cell part 8 with the clean air, thereby making the zero check instantaneously.
