OPERATING APPARATUS HAVING BACK FLOW FUNCTION

PURPOSE:To safely and efficiently perform operation, by providing a back flow function emitting a substance not to be sucked when said substance not to be sucked is sucked. CONSTITUTION:An operating apparatus 1 having a reverse flow function has a suction port part 30, a receiving part 40 for a substance 34 to be sucked, the first passage 8, a vacuum pump part 42, a pressurizing part 43 and the second passage 50. The second passage 50 has a valve 45, a regulator 46 and a valve 47 to be electrically connected to a control part 48, and a valve 41 and the valves 45, 47 are controlled by the operation of a foot switch 49. When the back flow switch of the foot switch 49 is closed, the valve 41 is closed and the valves 45, 47 are opened at the same time. Then, the substance to be sucked packed in the first and second passages 8, 50 is allowed to flow backward to an eyeball 13 through a cutter 5 by compressed air.
