Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make the heat sterilization possible by a method wherein a heat- crystallized part, which is locally heat-crystallized, is provided at the bottom part of a vessel main body and at the same time all the region excluding the heat-crystallized bottom part is stretched by high draw ratio. CONSTITUTION:The bottom part 2B of a vessel main body 2 is turned in a heat-crystallized part 4, which is produced by locally crystallizing the central part of the bottom part 2B by heat. All the region excluding the heat- crystallized part is turned into a highly stretched part 5, which is stretched thin by high draw ratio. The heat-crystallized part 4 is in stretched and unoriented crystalline state and has high strength and keep a stable form. Further, since crystalline orientation generates in the interior of material due to the stretching action of the material, the highly stretched part 5 has high strength and also is excellent in shape retention, resulting in allowing to heighten the heat resistance and pressure resistance and to be used as a vessel for various contents having high sterilizing temperature and consequently to realize a more widely used heat resistant and pressure vessel.
