Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic disk which prevents the attraction of a magnetic head slider and has high reliability by providing a hard film having ruggedness formed by plating with a plating liquid dispersed with particles on a base material. CONSTITUTION:SiC is used as dispersion particles 3 and an Ni-P film is formed by dispersing the SiC into a plating bath by stirring while rotating the base material 1 consisting of an Al-Mg alloy. A magnetic recording medium film 4 consisting of Co-Ni is formed by, for example, sputtering, thereon, by which the hard film 5 is formed. The magnetic disk which prevents the attraction of the magnetic head slider and has the high reliability is thus obtd. by providing the hard film 5 having the ruggedness formed by plating with the plating liquid dispersed with the particles 3.
