AUTOMATIC WATER SPRINKLING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable water sprinkling control to be carried out with high accuracy and good responsiveness in response to the drying condition of cultivating ground by communicatedly connecting a porous hollow tube made of ceramics or the like to a separated chamber partitioned by an extended diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:In the interior of a separated chamber 34 partitioned by an extended diaphragm 32, permanent magnets 42, 44 by which the diaphragm 32 is displaced upward are arranged so as to push a ball valve 58 against the valve seat 52. The ball valve 58 controls the communicating condition between a feed pipe 64 and a sprinkling pipe 50. To the lower part of the separated chamber 34, one-end-closed porous hollow tube 30 made of ceramics or the like is communicatedly connected. Thus, in correspondence to the percentage of water content in the cultivating ground in which the hollow tube 30 has been buried, negative pressure change is caused in the interior of the separated chamber 34 to displace the diaphragm 32, thereby the ball-shaped valve body 58 is opened or closed so as to automatically sprinkle a proper quantity of water.
