FOAMED SHEET FOR LEATHER-MODE VACUUM MOLDING

PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet, excellent in soft feeling and provided with high-stage appearance as well as warm taste, by a method wherein a polyurethane elastomer film layer, consisting of two layers, is laminated on a thermoplastic resin layer, consisting of three layers including an expandable layer, through an adhesive agent layer. CONSTITUTION:A sheet consists of a transparent or semi-transparent colored polyurethane elastomer film layer 1, a colored polyurethane elastomer film layer 2, a polyurethane adhesive agent layer 3, a thermoplastic resin foamed layer 4, a thermoplastic resin sheet layer 5 and a thermoplastic resin foamed layer 6. At first, a composition for the transparent colored layer 1 is applied on a release paper with crest patterns, subsequently, another composition for the colored layer 2 and a two-pack composition for the adhesive agent layer 3 are applied thereon respectively to dry and form said three layers 1, 2, 3. In the other process, plastic sol for the expandable layer 6 is applied on the release paper to heat and expand it and the other composite for the sheet layer 5 is applied thereon to heat and cause to gel, further, plastic sol for the expandable layer 4 is applied and they are heated and expanded to form another three layers 4, 5, 6. Next, coating layers, formed on the release paper respectively, are adhered integrally through the adhesive agent layer 3.
