AWAITING CONTROLLER FOR MOBILE RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To preferentially scan control channels of subscriber systems against those of non-subscriber systems by scanning and acquiring control channels of subscriber systems preferentially to those of non-subscriber systems for a certain time on a prescribed condition. CONSTITUTION:A scanning means 1 cooperates with a transmitter receiver 10 to scan the control channels of subscriber systems or non-subscriber systems and acquires the control channel having the strongest electric field. It is discriminated by a use discriminating means 2 whether the acquired control channel can be used or not, and an equipment 11 is set to the awaiting state by an awaiting means 3 when the acquired control channel can be used. The means 1 is operated by a scanning control means 4 so that the means 1 scans and acquires control channels of subscriber systems preferentially to those of non- subscriber systems for a certain time on a prescribed condition, and the awaiting state of non-subscriber systems is released while subscriber systems are used.
