MANUFACTURE OF VIBRATION COMPONENTS FOR LOUDSPEAKER

PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of the yield of a material, to reduce the cost due to saving of the assembly manhour, and to improve the quality by impregnating circularly a resin for filler to a ground fabric of cloth, bringing a resin for forming agent to impregnation processing from thereon, and forming a damper and a dust cap integrally by heating pressure forming. CONSTITUTION:To a part which becomes a dust cap 4 in a ground fabric 1 of cloth, coating is executed in a state that circular felt 3 has been impregnated enough with an NBR resin 2. Subsequently, the NBR resin 2 is dried by a primary drying machine 5. In the next process, the ground fabric 1 is immersed in a tank containing phenolic resin, an impregnation is executed, and the phenolic resin 6 is dried by a secondary drying machine 7. Next, by an integral forming metallic mold 9 of a damper 8 and the dust cap 4, heating pressure forming is executed, and an integrally formed part of the damper 8 and the dust cap 4 is formed. In the end, it is completed by leaving a sticking margin part of the damper 8 and trimming the outer periphery.
