DEVICE FOR CLEANING WATER

PURPOSE:To conduct electric current to the outside in water in the event of the failure of a water cooling jacket and to easily remove the dust sticking to a conductive structure by disposing said structure to the outside circumference of the jacket and covering the outside of the structure with a light transmissive protective film. CONSTITUTION:A UV sterilizing lamp 18 is housed into the water cooling jacket 17 and the conductive structure 21 is disposed around the jacket 17. The structure is covered with the light transmissive protective film 22 consisting of 'Teflon(R)', etc. Then, the splashing of glass splinters to the outside of the film 22 is obviated and the current from a power feed part is guided through the structure 21 to the outside in the water from the earth if the water cooling jacket 17 is broken by the pebbles in the flowing water or the impact from the outside. Since the structure 21 is covered by the film 22, the duct sticking thereto is easily dropped.
