Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of malfunction and to execute accurate operation in the case of using plural devices in the same environment by preparing a self-recognition means and a control code generation means in the case of controlling a home electric or the like. CONSTITUTION: When a device user vocalizes a self-recognition word and a control word as a pair, the self-recognition word is recognized by a voice recognition means 3 and detected by the self-recognition means 4. Only a controlled device specified by the self-recognition word is controlled. The control word is detected by the control code generation means 5 and a control code corresponding to the control word is generated under the condition of the self- recognition. Thereby control specified by the control word is applied only to the device specified by the self-recognition word.
