PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR UPDATING FILE

PURPOSE:To interactively process the transfer of information between terminal equipments connected to each other without using another means, by accepting the replacement processing operation carried out by another connected terminal equipments in case a terminal equipment replaces interactively the information on a memory set in a computer system. CONSTITUTION:A connection request signal is outputted when a user of a terminal equipment 5 supplies a connection request to a terminal equipment 7 via a keyboard part 51 while the information 60 stored in a disk device 2 is processed interactively. A user of the equipment 7 receives the connection request and sends this reception in reply. At the same time, a terminal connection ready signal is transmitted via a logic circuit 6. Thus the user of the equipment 5 transmits the information on a display part 52 to the equipment 7. The user of the equipment 7 applies the necessary processing to the received information via a display part 72 and a keyboard part 71 and sends this processed information to the equipment 5. The user of the equipment 5 replaces the information 60 stored in the device 2 based on the received information. Thus the transfer of information can be interactively processed between the terminal equipments connected to each other.
