Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To manufacture a magnetic alloy having a texture in which an easy magnetization axis is oriented in a direction perpendicular to a rolling direction, by cold-rolling an ingot of Fe-Cr-Co magnetic alloy and subjecting the above to primary recrystallization annealing in an (alpha+gamma)-phase region and successively to secondary recrystallization annealing under specific temp. conditions. CONSTITUTION:An ingot of Fe-Cr-Co magnetic alloy which has a composition consisting of, by weight, 10-40% Cr, 3-30% Co, and the balance Fe or further containing 0.01-2% Mn and 0.001-0.2% S or containing 0.01-2% Al and 0.0006-0.2% N is cold-rolled at 5.0-99.5% draft. Successively, the resulting sheet is subjected to primary recrystallization annealing at a temp. in an (alpha+gamma)-phase region and then to secondary recrystallization annealing, or subjected to primary recrystallization annealing in an alpha-phase region, to heating in an (alpha+gamma)-phase region, and then to secondary recrystallization annealing, or subjected to primary recrystallization annealing in an (alpha+gamma)-phase region, to heating in an (alpha+gamma+sigma)-phase region, and then to secondary recrystallization annealing, or subjected to primary recrystallization annealing in an alpha-phase region, to heating in an (alpha+gamma)-phase region and an (alpha+gamma+sigma)-phase region, and then to secondary recrystallization annealing.
