Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a water shut-off sheet from sliding down out of a banking by forming a bonding section of respective water shut-off sheets and making fast the section to banking by engaging each other. CONSTITUTION:A bonding section 2 where respective water shut-off sheets 3 of standard length is bonded by means of bonding filled material 4 is constituted of a projection section 2a. Friction resistance between a banking 5 and a water shut-off sheet 1 is increased by pushing the projection section 2a into the banking 5. As a result, the water shut-off sheet 1 is prevented from sliding down from the banking.
