Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To prevent illegal entry or exiting by writing information reverse to stored information of a ticket when direction information and entry/exiting information match each other. CONSTITUTION: A read means 111 reads the stored information of the ticket where information on entry or exiting can be stored and this read information is compared 113 with the direction information. Then when the direction of the comparison result matches, information on the reverse direction is written 115 on the ticket. The operations of those read means 111, comparing means 113, and read means 115 are controlled by a means 117.
