CONSTITUTION:A release agent comprising a diester of a fluoro carboxylic acid of formula I, a fluoro phosphate of formula II, and a cooligomer of a fluoro acrylate with an ethylenic unsatd. monomer and represented by formula III. In the formula, Rf is a perfluoroalkenyl group C6F11 or C9F17; R is a 4-18C alkyl which may have a branched chain; n is 1 or 2; M is a divalent metal (n=2) or alkanolamine (n=1); and R' is a perfluoroalkenyl group OC6F11 or OC917 or a 3-12C perfluoroalkyl group which may have a branched chain.
