Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the cobwebbing and dropping of a coating agent, and to obviate the fouling of a lead frame by combining the liquid cutting operation of the coating agent with the pull-up operation of a nozzle after the lead frame is supplied with the coating agent completely. CONSTITUTION:When the supply of a coating agent is completed, an air piping 12 is changed over to the state in which the air piping 12 is connected to a negative pressure source, and pressure in a dispenser 10 is lowered and the discharge of the coating agent is stopped while nozzles 11 are pulled up in the direction that the nozzles 11 are separated from a lead frame 4. The nozzles 11 are started to be pulled up, and the nozzles 11 are vibrated vertically plural times. Accordingly, the liquid cutting of the coating agent at the noses of the nozzles 11 is improved.
