Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To identify a state in busy from the one in setting a specific dial, by providing a display apparatus to display different display states of the state in busy and the one in setting the specific dial. CONSTITUTION:The display apparatus 211 is set at a Iit state in the state in busy. In the state not in busy, a control part 208 judges whether or not the specific dial is set, and when the specific dial is set, the display apparatus 211 is set at a flash state due to the input of a signal from a switch 210. When no specific dial is set, the control part 208 sets the display apparatus 211 at a light off state. Thus, it is possible to distinguish the state in busy from the one in setting an abbreviated dial by an operator based on the display state of the display apparatus 211 easily.
