VERTICAL TENSION MEASURING APPARATUS FOR BONDED SECTION OF WATERPROOF SHEET

PURPOSE:To enable accurate measurement of adhesion of a bonded section of a waterproof sheet, by connecting a pull gauge having a stopper for indicating and holding the max. tension load to a measuring element bonded on the surface of the waterproof sheet to make the measuring element movable along a frame. CONSTITUTION:A measuring element 5 is bonded on the surface of a waterproof sheet 2 and cuts are given to the waterproof sheet 2 with a knife along the boundary of the measuring element 5. At the point, the graduation of a pull gauge 7 is adjusted to the zeropoint. Then, the measuring element 5 moves along the frame 8 by turning a turn handle 9 to pull apart of the waterproof sheet 2 bonded on the measuring element 5 vertically and the max. tension load is read with the pull gauge 7 when the sheet is peeled off an execution body 1. Thus, the max. load is held indicatively with a stopper 6 thereby allowing even only one testing person to measure a vertical tension accurately.
