Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To collect solar energy with good efficiency and accuracy without the need for supporting metals of a reflecting plate by a method in which a part of a vacuum glass tube is shaped into a form of reflecting plate with an involute curve, and a reflecting film for soler energy is provided on the inner surface of the reflecting plate. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum glass tube 2 is shaped partly into a form of reflecting plate with an involute curve, and a reflecting film 3 on which the sunlight is reflected toward a heat collecting tube 1 is formed on the reflecting plate portion of the inner surface of the vacuum glass tube 2 by causing silver vapor to deposit on the portion. Since the reflecting film 3 is closely deposited and adhered to the inner surface of the glass tube 2, no deformation occurs in the film 3 by vibration during transportation, etc., and the need for supporting metals as used in the conventional cases can be eliminated.
