PAPER SHEET BAND STORING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To make it possible to store up more bands surely with a small-sized device by accumulating bands supplied in succession temporarily and constituting so as to press the bands into a band storing body in synchronizing with shunting action of this temporary accumulating means. CONSTITUTION:When a comb-like member is moved in shunting to arrow mark A' direction, bands P' placed on the up surface of this member are dropped to the upmost surface of bands P which have been stored in piles already in a case. Nearly simultaneous to the movement of this comb-like member, a pressing means which is made a comb-like member 58a in the top end portion is moved to arrow mark B' direction, and thereby the bands P is plies are pressed into a band storing cassette 50. According to these actions, bands P can be stored surely in the case, while a still smaller band storing cassette 50 can be realized because reduction in volume is urged with compressing bands themselves in piling. Accordingly, the device can be small as a whole and yet can surely store still more bands.
