Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a trichogenous and hair-tonic agent having remarkably improved trichogenous and hair-tonic effect, by combining minoxidil with an ampholytic surfactant, semipolar surfactant and a nonionic surfactant having N in the molecule. CONSTITUTION:The objective trichogenous and hair-tonic agent contains (A) minoxidil [2,4-diamino-6-piperidinopyrimidine-3-oxide (a remedy for hypertension having remarkable vasodilating effect and causing hypertrichosis as a side effect)], (B) one or more compounds selected from ampholytic surfactant (e.g. N,N-dimethyl-N-lauryl-N-carboxymethylammonium betaine) and semipolar surfactant (e.g. lauryldimethylamine oxide) and (C) one or more nonionic surfactant having N in the molecule (e.g. fatty acid alkanol amide).
