CONSTITUTION: A burring processed tap 2 is arranged in a bracket 1 facing to a clamp 4. A vibration absorbing elastomer 3 through which a tube or hose 7, 8 passes is pressed in the clamp 4. Furthermore, the clamp 4 is fastened and fixed by fastening a bolt 5 with a tap 2a of the burring 2. As a result, the insert operation and fastening operation of the bolt become easier, the operation ability is improved and the economy effect gets bigger.
