PAPER MATERIAL FEED DEVICE FOR CORRUGATING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To shorten the cycle time for removing a paper material roll and replacing its with new one by constituting a corrugating machine with a mill roll stand on which two swing arm mechanism are arranged so that the rotary shafts thereof are laid in parallel with each other, a paper material roll conveyer and two paper material roll conveyers. CONSTITUTION:One material roll delivery conveyer EX is laid between two swing arm mechanisms 28, 29 constituting a mill roll stand 10, and two material roll introduction conveyers IN1, IN2 are laid in parallel with each other on the outsides of the swing arm mechanisms 28, 29, respectively. Each pair of swing arms 13, 13 chucks up a paper material roll 14 fed on the introduction conveyer IN1(IN2), and thereafter swings the same to a position above the delivery conveyer EX so as to feed the paper material at that place. Thereafter, the used paper material roll 14 is released so as to replace it with new one at the next order at a position above the delivery conveyer EX.
