Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To improve operability by detecting an electrostatic capacity between a common potential line and a detection electrode equipped in a door grip and converting the detected capacity to electric signals and releasing the lock when the deviation from a preset value is large. CONSTITUTION: A detection electrode made of a thin metallic plate 3 is provided in a door grip and one end of a pulse generator 5 is connected to the plate 3 and a specified electrostatic capacity Ch is formed between a car body frame and the plate. When one takes hold of the door grip, the electrostatic capacity greatly varies and the device counts 6 the generated number of the pulse generator 5 for 0.1 sec of the oscillation period of a pulse generator 35 and compares with the prior read-out figure through a microprocessor 32 and drives a motor for a lock mechanism to release the lock. Accordingly, it is not necessary to manipulate the lock to release it and hence, the operability for opening the door is improved.
