Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve vibration resistance by controlling the servo valve of each actuator by means of a position control signal based on the position detec tion result of a substance to be supported and a pressure signal of each actuator when the substance is supported in a vibration-proof manner by the actuators using fluid. CONSTITUTION:In a device supporting a substance such as an internal combus tion engine or the like of a marin vessel, automobile or the like to be supported vibration-proofwise, the substance 5 to be supported is supported in its one sectional portion in a support 6 by means of pneumatic springs (actuators) 1-4 for which a servo valve 7 controlling intake and discharge of a high pres sure air and pressure detectors 8 is provided. On the support 6, displacement sensors 13, 14, 15 are provided with respect to substances to be detected 11, 12 provided on the bottom and upper parts of the substance 5. Each servo valve 7 is controlled based on a value obtained by operating subtraction between the output of each detector 8 and an operation result obtained by inputting the output of each displacement sensor 13-15 to an operation unit 16.
