Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To make hygienic bread-like food and fried food therefrom which have color and taste characteristic in corn, by using corn products containing the yellow components of corn. CONSTITUTION:51-100pts.wt. of corn products containing its yellow components, selected from corn grains, corn grits, and corn flowers are mixed with 49-0pts. wt. of solid foods selected from cereal granules other than corn and/or edible fibers. Then, 100pts.wt. of the mixture are combined with about 2-200pts.wt. of water, and, when needed, about 1-10pts.wt. of a food oil, raised by passing it through an extruder, crushed into a powder to give bread-like food. Then, the bread-like food is used as a major component for deep-fry coating. |
