Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make display intuitively easy to understand and to simultaneously display three-dimensional data, by extracting the signal of a target from a receiving signal containing three-dimensional data and applying coordinates conversion for three-dimensional display to said signal to display the same while changing a color at every dip surface. CONSTITUTION:A signal extraction part 1 extracts the signal of a necessary target from an input signal and a coordinates converting part 2 converts the output of the extraction part 1 to three-dimensional coordinates for the purpose of the display corresponding to a distance axis, an azimuth axis and a dip axis. Next, a dip separation part 3 forms the two-dimensional planar coordinates at every dip from the target signal of three-dimensional coordinates. A color modulation part 4 applies color modulation to said two-dimensional planar coordinates at every dip surface and a brightness modulation part 5 applies brightness modulation at every dip surface. A color display part 6 displays the output of the modulation part 5 so as to superpose the dip surface according to a dip coordinates rule. By this method, display is made intuitively easy to understand and three-dimensional data can be displayed simultaneously.
