Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To surely drive a supersonic-wave vibrator by a supersonic wave oscillator by installing an electric heater in the vicinity of the electricity feeding part of the supersonic wave vibrator and suppressing the lowering of the temperature of the electricity feeding part below a dew point in operation, during the operation repose. CONSTITUTION:Even if the internal heat generation of a supersonic vibrator 1 stops during the repose time between operations, the temperature of an electricity feeding part is set to the value high than the dew point determined according to the air temper ature in a case in operation and the vapor pressure by turning-ON an electric heater 22 installed in the vicinity of the electricity feeding part. Therefore, the condensation of the coolant liquid droplets in the electricity feeding part is prevented. Therefore, when the electricity feeding part consists of the brushes 14a and 14b and slip rings 12a and 12b, the reduction of the insulation performance is prevented, and when the electricity feeding part consists of a revolution type transformer, the reduction of insulation performance is prevented, while if the electricity feeding part consists of a revolution type transformer, the variation of inductance is prevented. Therefore, the supersonic wave vibrator 1 is surely driven by a supersonic wave oscillator, and ceramics can be easily supesonic-wave-grinding-processed by a grinding wheel 9 which is supersonic-wave-vibrated by the vibrator 1.
