APPARATUS FOR DISPERSING POWDER AND LIQUID

PURPOSE:To enable to dissolve or disperse homogeneously a continuously supplied powder into a continuously supplied liquid by supplying the powder evenly dispersed and by holding almost evenly every particle of the powder between liquid films. CONSTITUTION:A powder supplier 3 furnished with a crushing instrument 6 is set at the upper part of a powder falling cylinder 5, and a funnel-shaped part 7 is attached to the lower end of that cylinder 5. An instrument 8 is set for the purpose of forming a liquid film along the inner surface of that funnel- shaped part 7, and an instrument 12 for forming a conical liquid film is also set at the center of the funnel-shaped part 7. Further, a degassing equipment furnished with a powder-liquid dispersing instrument 21 and a gas-liquid separator 16 is connected to the lower end of the funnel-shaped part 7. By using this apparatus, a powder is supplied evenly dispersed and held between liquid films, so that every particle of powder is almost evenly brought into contact with the liquid film. A continuously supplied powder is thus dissolved or dispersed homogeneously into a continuously supplied liquid.
