Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make it possible to maintain a critical temperature characteristic at the time of manufacture even for a long time storage by providing a superconductive device composed of an oxide system superconductive material having a perovskite crystal structure in oxygen or an atmospheric gas having a main component of oxygen. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive device of an oxide system superconductive wire material and a superconductive element etc., having a high critical temperature characteristic is stored in oxygen or an atmospheric gas having a main component of oxygen. In concrete terms, the device is stored in a pressurized state of 1-5 normal atmospheres. The device is needed to be stored under pressurization because a characteristic deterioration speed is increased if the device is stored under oxygen pressure reduction. The oxygen pressure of 1 or more normal atmosphere can be acceptable, but the upper limit of a 5 normal atmosphere degree is preferable if considering easy handling and facilities. And a characteristic deterioration can be constrained and characteristics maintained by storing a device and facilities manufactured using these wire materials or superconductive elements in a liquid nitrogen or an oxidizing atmosphere gas.
