IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts constituting a supporting mechanism and to easily executed the adjustment of assembly by supporting the outer surface of an image carrier, which is constituted so as to project an image signal from an internal part, with plural rollers so that it can be freely rotated and disposing a globe member in a groove formed on the surface. CONSTITUTION:In an image forming device installing the transparent rotational cylindrical image carrier 1 which disposes an image signal addition means in its internal part, shafts 2 and 3 are disposed near the image carrier 1 in parallel with the line of an axis and the image carrier 1 is held with the rollers 2a and 2b, 3a and 3b installed in the respective shafts 2 and 3 and a roller 4a installed in a short shaft 4. And the groove 1a is formed near the end part of the image carrier 1 on a side opposite to a side on which the short shaft 4 is arranged and the globe 5 arranged in a bearing part F1 to be freely rotated is fitted with an inclination with which it is pressed in the groove 1a. Thus, the image carrier 1 can be surely held in a specified position with a small number of parts and also assembly and adjustment can be facilitated.
