Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a rubber cushion having excellent damping and insulating characteristics against transmissible vibration by supporting cannular backup sleeves concentric with each other by webs protruding in radial direction, forming a resilient body of rubber. CONSTITUTION: Backup sleeves 1, 2 bonded together by a resilient body 3 of rubber are cannular and concentrically arranged. The resilient body 3 of rubber which consists of two webs 4, 5 arranged non-symmetrically with respect to the direction K of the supporting force, is arranged in the manner of a column with respect to the center of the inner backup sleeve, and has a length approximately identical to the axial length of the inner and outer backup sleeves 1, 2. As the direction of the resultant of load capacities T4 and T5 of the webs 4, 5 is different from that of the direction K of the supporting force, it is possible to damp and absorb the obliquely transmissible vibration.
