Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To reduce instructor's load and to accurately evaluate operator's operation by providing the supporting system with a simulator for simulating a plant based upon operation data obtained from plural control boards and devices for collecting and arranging the data. CONSTITUTION: When an operator operates switches on control boards 11A to 11C, their operation data are outputted to the simulator 3 and meters and lamps on the control boards 11A to 11C are turned on/off in accordance with respective operation. Simultaneously the data collecting device 5 collects all the operation data and a data arranging device 7 sorts and arranges the data in each control board. The arranged results are displayed on a CRT display device 9 and the contents of the screen can be recorded on paper or the like by a hard copy 15. Since the instructor can easily evaluate the validity/invalidity of operator's operation and advice the operator, instructor's load can be reduced.
