PLASTIC WORKING METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To promote the plastic flow of a material and to improve the working accuracy by rocking the die opposed to a work at specific amplitude and executing the plastic working corresponding to the inner face shape of the die with relatively moving the center of the rocking amplitude. CONSTITUTION:A work W is arranged on a lower die 5, which is gradually ascended via a crank mechanism 6 and lower die support base 4 and the gap of upper and lower dies 16, 5 is narrowed. An upper die 16 is simultaneously rocked at fixed amplitude via an upper die rocking mechanism 19 and holder 18. Thus, the upper die 16 is rocked at specified amplitude, the work W is pressed to the lower die 5 accompanied by the rocking and the center of the rocking amplitude for the work W is moved in the vertical and horizontal directions, hence the plastic flow of the work material is promoted and the working accuracy is improved.
