SOLAR BATTERY MODULE

PURPOSE:To obtain a solar battery module having easy assembling work and excellent waterproof performance by forming the sectional shape of a gasket in a trapezoidal shape having a horizontal U-shaped groove to be engaged with the peripheral edge of a module body, and forming a trapezoidal groove on a frame for surrounding it. CONSTITUTION:A gasket 50 having a horizontal U-shaped groove to be engaged with the peripheral edge of a module body 10 at the inner periphery of a rubber elastic material having substantially a trapezoidal section and a frame 70 having a trapezoidal groove 47 corresponding to the trapezoidal outer periphery of the gasket to be engaged with the outer periphery of the gasket 50 for supporting the module body by holding a desired pressing force to its boundary 58 are provided. As a result, an opening of large groove of the frame is inserted to the short side (upper bottom) of the trapezoidal shape of the gasket, the frame assembling work is remarkably facilitated, and the damage of the gasket and the displacement of the position are eliminated. Thus, the assembling work is facilitated, a solar battery module having high bondability of the boundary for preventing water from invading and excellent waterproof performance can be economically obtained.
