Zusammenfassung:	A method for the expression of recombinant DNA which is under the control of an inducible promoter in suitable host cells makes it possible to prepare in soluble form proteins which are produced in insoluble form under customary genetic engineering preparation conditions by limiting the induction of the promoter to less than 10% of the maximum induction compared with a standard system, and correspondingly limiting the rate of transcription of the DNA coding for the protein into mRNA.
