AUTOMATIC LOADING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To realize automatic loading of a lens-forming material and to improve workability of the lens forming material by providing a means for feeding, discharging, and guiding, etc., of the lens-forming material which is movable vertically and extendable toward above a female die in a forming chamber and guides the material, and feeding thus the lens-forming material to above the female die and housing in a housing case. CONSTITUTION:The automatic loading equipment of this invention is constituted of a feeding, discharging, and guiding means 31 for guiding a tip end 33a of a lens-forming material toward above a female die 6 in a forming chamber, an attracting and holding means 40 for the lens-forming material W and formed lens Wo, and a housing means 50 for the material W and formed product Wo. Said holding means 40 is supported movably vertically by being pressed and elastically actuated to said tip end 33a. Further, a housing case 52 is provided in the moving direction of said guiding means 31 to said housing means 50. The material W in said case 52 is attracted and held by said means 40 and supplied to the female die 6. The formed product Wo on the female die 6 where forming has been finished is housed in said case 52 by said means 40.
