Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enhance machining efficiency and accuracy by operating a tool dimensions corresponding to the curvature of a tool nearest that of a machining point in the tolerance of tool dimensions in the relationship between the tool dimensions and tool curvature based on the normal line information of the machining point. CONSTITUTION:Firstly the curvature normal line of a machining point or tangent information additionally is operated based on the shape information of the curved surface of a workpiece by an operating means. In the next step, (l) kinds of the tool dimension (b) are selected in order, and on the other hand, the tolerance of the tool dimension (a) in which the curvature of the portion 6 used for machining tools becomes over the curvature of the machining point is limited, and the tool dimension (a) corresponding to the curvature of the tool which is nearest the curvature of the machining point in this tolerance is determined from the relationship between the tool dimensions and the curvature of the tool, that is, the registered data of (a) in relation to (b) based on at least the normal line information for determining the optimum dimensions (a) and (b). Machining efficiency and machining accuracy can thus be enhanced. |
