TRANSFER PRESS EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To automatically change a work holding member to improve working efficiency by revolving a feed bar and enabling the work holding member to support the work. CONSTITUTION:A holding mechanism A is arranged at a prescribed position on feed bars 1, 2 capable of moving in three-dimensional directions, longitudinal, vertical and horizontal, and containing parts B for several kinds of work holding members 3 are fixed and fitted on the outside of the feed bars 1, 2 and in parallel to the feed bars 1, 2. In addition, there are provided conveyor mechanisms C for the work holding members 3 which hold the work holding members 3 contained at the container part B and convey them to a delivery position for the grasping mechanism A. When a die 4 is changed, the conveyor mechanism C grasps the work holding members 3 corresponding to the changed die 4 from the work holding members 3 in the container part B, delivers them to the grasping mechanism A, supports the work holding part 3 by the feed bars 1, 2, holds the work 5 pressed by the die 4 and conveys it. Thus the work holding members 3 can be changed automatically.
