METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING DWELLING-UNIT WATER FACILITY BY CUBIC UNIT

PURPOSE: To ensure quality, reduce cost, and enhance an execution property without obstructing dwelling life by laminating and installing a cubic unit with devices of a water supply system integrated in factory production in an independent foundation furnished at the outside of a dwelling unit. CONSTITUTION: Devices of a water supply system such as a washing room 6, a bathroom 7, and a rest room 10 is produced in a factory as a cubic unit 3 per layer along with a finish material and a steel pipe 14 penetrated in the central part thereof. After that, the cubic unit 3 of each floor layer is lifted up in turn by a crane 15 to be piled up; then the steel pipe 14 is joined in order for each steel frame and outer skin to be joined together before being intalled therein. By this operation, repair and renewal can be executed in a form being installed in the outer part of a dwelling unit 1, and thereby cost reduction and an execution property can be done by keeping a constant quality without causing any hindrance to the life of a dweller because of its factory production.
