Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide favorable operability of a voice control crane, and improve its safety by conducting discrimination using reference values after sound recognition, and providing a means for weighting to the reference values used for discrimination of terms related to start, stop, and operation. CONSTITUTION: A control unit 32 determines if a sound input pattern from a sound recognition device 31 is a term related to either of start, stop, and operation. A value calculated based on a first candidate of the recognized sound input pattern and stored in a register 34 is compared with reference values preliminarily weighed and set respectively for the terms for start, stop, and operation. If sound input is employed or not is determined based on result of comparison. As a result, for important terms for start, malfunction by erroneous recognition is eliminated, and for words for operation not so important, a rejection rate can be reduced.
