NOVEL DERIVATIVE OF TETRAHYDROPYRIDINE, MANUFACTURE AND INTERMEDIATE, USE AS DRUG AND MEDICINAL COMPOSITION

The invention relates to new compounds of the formula (I): in which n1 denotes 0 or 2, A denotes a (CH2)n2 chain in which n2 is a number from 0 to 5 or A denotes an alkylene chain substituted by an alkyl containing 2 to 8 carbon atoms in all, Z denotes a phenyl, a naphthyl, an indenyl, a 5- or 6-membered heteromonocyclic radical or a heterobicyclic radical, all these radicals being optionally substituted by one or more identical or different radicals, it being possible for the said compounds of formula (I) to be in all the possible enantiomeric and diastereoisomeric forms and in the form of addition salts with acids or quaternary ammonium salts, process and intermediates for their preparation, their application as medications and the pharmaceutical compositions containing them.
