Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing two kinds of dextranases having different actions, effective in decreasing the amount of material attached to smooth surface by Streptococcus mutans and exhibiting high cariostatic effect. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) a conventionally used endo-type dextranase, e.g. endo-type dextranase produced by microorganisms of Penicillium genus and (B) an exo-type dextranase, e.g. glucodextranase and/or isomaltodextranase originated from Arthrobacter globiformus at a weight ratio (A:B) of 1:(0.1-3), preferably 1:(0.5-1.5).
