Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To control a chilled water outlet temperature at a constant temperature by supplying a refrigerant to a chilled water outlet temperature control heat exchanger without stopping a compressor in the case that a load reduced lower as compared with a minimum capacity regulating cooling ability of a chiller unit in order to reheat chilled water cooled by a water cooler. CONSTITUTION: Since a chilled water outlet temperature of a chilled water cooler 4 is lowered when a load is reduced, at the time of opening a solenoid valve 8, a liquid refrigerant of a control heat exchanger 5 is discharged via a pressure reducing capillary tube 10, new liquid refrigerant is supplied, heat exchanged with water, and hence the chilled water outlet temperature is raised. Further, when the load is decreased, solenoid valves 7, 9 are opened, a high temperature and high pressure gas is introduced from a compressor 1, condensed in a control heat exchanger 5 to increase its heat exchange amount, thereby maintaining the chilled water outlet temperature. The chilled water outlet temperature is controlled without stopping the compressor 1 even in a load state of a capacity regulating range or less of the compressor 1. And, if the valve 8 and the tube 10 are replaced with a proportional control valve 11, the outlet side piping of the exchanger 5 can be omitted to one system.
