Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a medicine composition containing a 5HT-antagonist and suitable for inhibiting or reducing dependency on dependency-inducing drugs. CONSTITUTION: This medicine composition contains a 5HT-antagonist, e.g. a mono or dicarboxylic or mono or diheterocyclic carboxylic acid ester or amide or imidazolylcarbazole [e.g. indol-3-yl-carboxylic acid endo-8-methyl-8- azabicyclo[3.3.1]octa-3-yl ester], as an active ingredient. The composition is suitable for preventing or reducing dependency on dependency-inducing drugs, such as psychostimulants, opiate and alcohol, or for treating patients after a withdrawal period for avoiding the recurrence of the dependency.
