Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To stably maintain the characteristics of a capacitor by a method wherein the conservation of an activated charcoal electrode and the assembling work, in which an internal element is airtightly sealed using a metal case and an elastic hole sealing material, are conducted in a low moisture inert gas atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:An internal element 1 is composed of activated charcoal electrodes 2 and 3, which are superposed through the intermediary of a separator 7 provided between said electrodes, and by impregnating an electrolyte. When the title capacitor is manufactured, the preservation of the materials of parts, especially the activated charcoal electrodes 2 and 3, and the assembling work, until the internal element 1 is airtightly sealed in a metal case 5 and a metal cover 6, is conducted in the low moisture inactive gas atmosphere such as Ar, He and the like. As a result, the attraction of impurities on the electrode part can be eliminated, and the stabilized characteristics can also be obtained.
