Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the title structure in which a self-adhesive tape firmly adheres even to a rough surface with considerable ruggedness, by sticking a rubber-base self-adhesive tape prepared from a specified formulation to an adherend, followed by treatment with ultraviolet rays for curing. CONSTITUTION:A self-adhesive tape is prepared from a composition obtained by incorporating an alkoxysilane having an epoxy group in the molecule [e.g., 2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane] and an onium salt compound (e.g., a sulfonium salt compound) into a rubber-base adhesive containing natural rubber and a tackifier resin (e.g., a terpene resin, a phenolic resin or a rosin resin). This self-adhesive tape is sticked to an adherend, which is then irradiated with ultraviolet rays for curing, thus accomplishing adhesion. According to this technique, since a self-adhesive tape in a state in which the adhesive is uncured and has a low modulus of elasticity is stuck to an adherend and then treated for curing, it has a large adhesion area and a proper degree of cohesiveness so that an excellent bond strength can be obtained. Therefore, this technique can be applied favorably even to a rough surface with considerable ruggedness of, e.g., a corrugated board, a plywood, or an embossed plastic plate. |
