Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce air flow resistance by making the diameter of an inlet of a bellmouth shape larger than the inner diameter and smaller than the outer diameter of a centrifugal fan blade and making the rearmost end of the inlet face a cut of the blade. CONSTITUTION:A bellmouthed inlet 5 is formed, to connect to the inside of a scroll casing 4, at a bottom wall portion 1c of a recirculation/fresh air changeover box 1. Here, a cut 13 is formed at the inner diameter portion of an inlet end 8a of a blade 9 constituting a centrifugal fan 8 arranged inside the scroll casing 4.
